Tank Looks Bare Help Please!

was just wondering can i keep dwarf cichlids in a community tank - with red torpedo barbs, a rosy barb, dainios,black ghost knife fish, few varietys of tetras ?

3ft wide by 1.5ft high, hoping to get bigger one soon

Cool - I would go for a 5 foot as the BGK will need that soonish and the topredo barbs will appreciate it as well as they need a 4 foot tank minimum and are a very active fish. However with that mix of fish in that size tank your options greatly open with cichlids - what species were you thinking of?

yeah got a 4ft one for free last wekk but dont even ask!!!!! cracked 1st night water everywhere,

not sure just something colourful dwarf cichlids i was thinking putting 1 in my tank soon

oh I think I saw your post about the crack - nightmare literally one of my biggest fears - I put a deposit on a 6ft tank (180 gallons) started moving it saw a chip on a corner and left it week later I see the people I was buying from looking for a new tank as the old one had cracked! I cant imagine how 180 gallons would look out of the tank....

As for dwarf cichlids, bolivian rams, cupid cichlids any of the apisto species would work but if your getting a bigger tank will you not want bigger cichlids when thats set up? Most of the time dwarfs and larger cichlids dont mix that well.
