Tank Inhabitants?

Could I have a tank including...........

6-10 Tiger/Green Tiger Barbs
6-10 Harlequin Rasboras
6-10 Various Corys
A pair of Cockatoo Cichlids? (thought they looked nice but no idea where to get them, or if they are compatible?)

Don't have the tank yet. Early planning stage. lol

Without knowing tank dimensions, it's not easy to say.
Cockatoos may be nipped at by Tiger Barbs so I wouldn't risk keeping any with them.
10 Barbs would be better as this lessens the aggression towards other fish. They would be fine with Cories and Harlequins but I'd recommend a minimum of 3ft to house them in.

Ok what about a RTBS instead of the Cichlids?
