Switching Water Conditioner

Just a quick one, I currently use Stress Coat because that was the one I was told was the best at my LFS but now I have managed to get my hands on some Seachem Prime which everyone on here says is the best and what they use. Anyhow I was just wondering what would be the best way to change between the two when my stress coat is running out? Do I just use that and then swap or should I mix them and slowly introduce the prime into the tank.

You should be able to just switch over, the Prime adds a coat on the fish just like the Stress Coat. I use two different ones, Prime for final water changes, and another bottle I have thats larger but less concentrated if I ever have to do bucket waterchanges for whatever reason ( like my python pump breaking this week )
