Strange Protusion On Gold Sev

One of my golden Sevs has had a small protrusion for some time now but it seems to have got bigger, im not sure if it is an egg tube, but the fish itself seems in perfect health

Not5 that i can see, there is a section behild the wood and slate where they may have, hoping ill see fry on day lol

just seems a wierd shape and colour

Hoping so!!! They just look a bit wierd compared to the egg tubes on my green sevs!

Is the female normally the bigger 1?
