Strange Looking Goldfish

Yesterday I bought a strange looking fantail goldfish. He has a yellow-silver color that I've never seen before in a goldfish. Also he has a brown spot on top of his head. This fish is very young, about 1". I was wondering if he might change colors because I don't recall seeing any pictures of adult yellow-silver goldfish.

they exist dont worry. He will probably get abit more or less colorful depending on living conditions but other than that nothing spectacular will happen unless he is an oranda in which case he will do what orandas do.

my fry goldfish that I have just released looked pretty funky, almost punk like!! one of them was all dark apart from the top 1/4 or so was orange.

where as one slightly bigger was fashioning a lovely bright orange!!

When you have 'mungrals' goldfish breed with different strains of goldfish you often end up with strange colours but don't worry those colours do excist.
