Stocking Help Please?

Hi,

I'm planning on getting my old Aqua 40 out again and having a Male Betta in it. I believe the tank is around 25/26 litres.

I was hoping to add a few more small fish?

Thinking of some Pygmy Corys and some Harlequin Rasbora? Would they be ok? If not the Rasbora I was thinking Black Neon Tetra?

Green neons stay smaller if you can locate them. Also look for something called micro rasbora's.
