Sponge Filters

Hi, looking to add a couple of decent Sponge filters into my 200Ltre, Bristlenose breeding and Shrimp tank. It currently has a pair of BN's and hundreds of cherry shrimp an BN babies. I am hoping to have one at either end and just run these for now to see how it goes, does anyone have any suggestions on which ones might be best?

Is it sponge filters with air pumps you would like?
 
Or the ones powered with small powerhead?
 
There are many variants of simple sponge filters, you can even make DIY ones at very little cost.

Ones powered by air pumps preferably. Got loads of spare air pumps laying about
