Good piece of work, rairly does a fish programme cover one topic and stick with it for the whole length of the programwe. This was very interesting as someone on the forum raised this exact topic many months ago. Some major points I gleened from the whole thing was just how big the giant ones get....huge, illegal inportation as food fish by asian americans, ferocity (these are nasty buggers) and how serious the matter has become in the US. All in all an entrralling piece. Hope you guys who missed it get to see it tonight.

I've seen bits of it, it was hosted on youtube for abit. It seemed a good programme but I just don't like the extremes they exagerate too.

oh evil creatures my ####, they exaggerate quite alot on that. there was some interesting facts though.

I only watched about half because it was getting a bit too silly... 'ZOMG SNAKEHEADS!!!' etc... I know Northerns are a bit of a bummer as an introduced species, but there is actually more than one snakehead species, and funnily enough they don't all grow to a zillion feet and eat babies for elevenses.
