Snail Id Please.

I have a couple of snails lurking in my tank,that i think possibly came in on plants,even though the plants were washed well before i put them in the tank...

Are they pond snails? - has in pic with my lush black schultzi

Not pretty looking things,but certainly good at cleaning algae

Its a bit dark. but they look like pygmy snails imo. sorry i dont really know alot

Possibly a trapdoor snail, looks to be angled wrong for an apple but same basic shape.

The snail itself is stumpy,slightly oval and has a squiggly point on its butt....

I think it may be a pond snail...its around half inch atm,although the other 2 are bigger but similar...

It's definitely not a ramshorn.

Never heard of pygmy snails myself, do you have a link for these?

Don't think its a spiketop either, doesn't look quite right compared to the ones on google images!

Does it ever come up for air?

Personally I think it's a bog-standard pond snail. He's quite nice though, keeping him?

Yep they do,i see them hanging around under the waterline,before venturing back down again.

Lunged rather than gilled - pond snail.
