Smelt Eperlan/ Spiering Stint

someone gave me some of theese small frozen fish as fish food, just wondering if anyone uses or has used them?

yeah i am sure i have fed them to
cichlids and cat fish before today

well it seams my oscar loves them! as if he wouldnt!! and my sev if hes quick, or brave enough

most cichlids will knock them
back like a donkey eating strawberries
you should try them with white
bait or dice blanched squid i
use to have an Oscar that used to
love cockles and mussels
