hey there
so im currently in the journey of converting my tank to a fully planted one, im getting there slowly but surely, i just want to fill it with plants and let them grow wildly, so it has more of a natural overgrown kinda look to it, and i wanted to create a sense of scale when adding fish, so i wanted to keep the size of fish quite small. so it makes the planting of the tank look a lot bigger in comparison to the fish

any ideas of some small fish species, in my local pet shop, i seen they were selling lamp eye fish, they were really tiny but very nice looking however i know enough about them to keep them at the moment!

any ideas appreciated

Ember Tetra's
Sparkling Gourami's
Celestial Pearl Danio also known as Galaxy Rasbora
Emerald Rasbora
Micro Rasbora
Badis
Shrimp

Peacock goby...would look great in a planted setup.

i adore cardinals :) i would love to keep them! however i was thinking if i had a fully planted tank that there wouldn't be enough room to keep a big enough school of them to make an impact as my tank is 64L. well any idea how many i could house in there :) ?

didnt have a measurement on the packaging it came in except for the measurement in how much water it holds, but roughly the measurements are L: 2ft W: 11inch D: 1ft,3inch

I think you could get around 10-11 cardinals in there

i have a tank with dimensions similar to those and i have 12 happy neon tetras, so i bet that you could have 10 to 12 cardinals, but TBH i think that you can fit as many as 14 to 15 cardinals

yay :D that would be very nice :) well when i finish off planting my tank, i will consider stocking up with some cardinals :) :good:
