Small Angel?

Im hoping to have.
5 neons
2 guppies
2-3 amano shrimp or 1-2 wood shrimp
and 2 loachs.

The neons i have now but the rest i shall be getting in the future. For the loaches im not sure (ive forgot) they grow under 4" and their name begins with a k. :)

Don't get anything more than a single male honey gourami. You don't have room for anything else after that. Make sure you research your fish before you even consider buying them.

i think u can put an angel in it easily my grandpa had 6 full grown angels in a 30 gallon tank

Thanks for your help.
Ill research everything to the smallest detail.

I think one angel would be fine in a 15 gallon. It really shocks me what some people say. 25% gallons for 1 angel! no if the tank is tall enough to support a creature that will grow 8 inches tall and give it at least 2 inches of seporation from the bottom and top it should be fine. And yeah i do agree with at least 10 gallons per fish though. But the hard part is what u wanna have around the angel that wont overstock the tank or get eaten by the angel. The neons are a no-no. And i don't think a loach is a good idea cause even with every source telling you they stay small they apparently all grow 20 inches plus...

Well what can i say, atmmachine who has been on the forum less than a day is giving out bad advice already(please take a look at your own tanks especially regarding the tiger barb and cory in 2.5 gallons)

Adam, take a look around the fish index for more ideas but a dwarf or honey gourami would be a good addition, another option would be sparkling gourami's. Personally i'd go with one gourami and get another khuli loach as they are social and should be kept in groups of 3+

wwestar the loaches are khuli loaches which grow 4 inches maximum, you are probably thinking of clown loaches which can potentially reach 18 inches or more, khulis are really the only loach recommended for tanks less than 20 gallons.

This kind of loach grows no where as big as 20" (ive done my research).
And if angels do eat/harm the neons their a no (ive already purchased the neons).

Yeah i didn't explain why i said that. I posted a thing about my loach. "orange finned loach" Who i bought at WM months ago. At WM it said max size 4 inches and the boox i have it says max size 4 inches. But then when i posted about him people here somehow are finding info that says they grow 20 inches or something crazy like that. And im not fimiliar with loaches and actaully now dispise them. Thats the only reason i said that. I have no hell of a clue how much a khuli loach grows. :p
