I noticed someones topic awhile ago where they found two really good items on ebay of reflective sticky back plastic type stuff.
At the moment my reflectors are white, and also only surround 1/4 of the bulb, so the plan is to create my own, slightly larger and much more reflective ones.

If someone could point me in the right direction or if you've done something similar...

you can use anything that is reflective. One of the guys in fish club used plastic guttering (from the roof) lined with silver backed insulation that normally goes in the roof. Other people have used aluminum foil for baking.
I used polystyrene foam and just cut it to shape before gluing it together with silicon.
 
how bout those sticky mirrors you can get i have them for my daughters bedroom wall and you can cut them any shape you want
