Sick betta?

So I have this little female betta I had only a few weeks. I noticed the other day her belly is getting big. I only fed every other day and when I do she hardly eats that much so I know she isn’t just fat. Today while doing a tank clean I’ve noticed she doesn’t have as much energy has she used to have either. Any suggestions? All other fish are fine.

How long has the tank been set up for?
What is the temperature of the water?
What are you feeding the fish?
What does the fish's poop look like?
