I have some photos of a diy job I've completed and want to share, problem they're too big to post on here, how do I shrink them to post for members to view without any loss of detail. I will be uploading them to photobucket and copying and pasting into forums relevant section.
Many thanks in advance
Regards

If you just want to do basic shrinking, you can just use MS Paint... Just open up the picture with paint, select Image-->Attributes and then click the box for pixels and change it to 1024 x 768 (the largest size photobucket lets you host). Then click File-->Save As and save it as a JPEG to decrease the actual size on disk. When it asks you for quality, go ahead and do the highest. This will trim most digicam pics down into the 500-600KB range that photobucket gets along with.
