Shrimps Go Crazy!

My four large Amano shrimps go crazy immediately after a 20% water change; swimming around fast and mad for about 15 mins or so.  All settles down after that.  They've been in the tank for several months now, no issues.  Water parameters are well maintained, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10-20ppm nitrate, I use temp matched water treated with dechlorinator.  Maybe it's the turbulence created (although kept to a minimum so as not to disturb the sand substrate), or they hate it, or they love it?  Anyone else have the same?

I would just say its the sudden rush of water that annoys them for abit

My ghost shrimp do the same. Some of my females will fly to the top of the water and wave their little arms at me as if to say "Stop!" But then they realize it is over and get over it. They're fun to watch when they are irritated.
