Ok I was admiring my Amano shrimp and noticed a long big dark spot where all the back legs are, see pic. So googled it and its likly eggs. So good news I have a male so it's possible they are or will get fertilised.

Question is how can I attempt to get some of these eggs to live? I know it requires salt water, I don't have another tank to use.

It look very much like eggs to me, too. My big female looked exactly like that as well.

The issue with breeding Amanos, and this is what makes it difficult, is not just the fact that they require full strength salt water, it's also that they normally, in nature, feed on phytoplankton. Timing is quite important, too, moving them from freshwater to salt water must be done quite quickly, apparently, no later than day 8 after hatching. Then it can be a question of a very finely "tuned" water salinity, too low or too high and you'll have a low survival rate.

All of that to consider even before getting hold of or culturing enough food for their planktonic stage!

Is there any way I could get even 1 to survive by kinda winging it?
What kind of housing can I use? (Bucket/tank/bowel?)

You definitely shouldn't use your bowel, that would be very uncomfortable...

There's every chance you can get 1 to survive if you give it a go. In my opinion, the best way to get 1 to survive is to try to get all of them to survive! It's not impossible, just quite difficult. I was reading about it last night again and I found a good article here...

If you followed that quite closely, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you managed to get a few larvae to survive and even thrive.
