Should I

since this question keeps coming up....

Please do not ever release fish from your aquarium into any natural waterway or any man-made waterway that might even be remotely connect to your local rivers and lakes. Not only is it highly illegal to release non-native species, it is also HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE and GREATLY ENDANGERS YOUR LOCAL ECOSYSTEMS.

i don't suspect that you were planning on doing that, scout. it just seemed like something that really needed to be said...

THERE GOLDFISH AND KOI IS IT ILLGEL TO PUT POND FISH IN A POND?!?!?!

Im sorry for yelling but the nagging is getting annoying and the goldfish already lasted in the pond 6 months. (We took them out of there before the winter)

I think it should be fine, if the pond is on your property, or on the property of someone you know, and these ponds are not in anyway connected to the natural streams and lakes. Don't quote me on that, though.

Of course it's not illegal to put pond fish in a pond. I believe Pica is saying do not put them in your local lake, or stream, as this can cause a LOT of problems. Such as the snakehead issue that was a problem here in Maryland a while ago.

I think having your fish in a pond is absolutely fine, and it will be better for them. :D

well, i don't know. DOES IT FIT THE CRITERION I GAVE YOU?

sheesh, i already said i didn't really think that you were releasing fish into the wild. if you'd actually read my friggin' post you'd realize that. i mainly wanted to mention that since oppositearmor seemed unaware that you shouldn't release fish into the wild.

Okay, you all, let's be nice. Shouting won't help anything. Nor will being sarcastic.

Now, back to the post! Jackie looks good, Scout. She still looks a little weak...have you tried feeding her high-protein foods? Like Bloodworms, Brine Shrimp...? Mollies also like Veggies, so you could blanch some cucumber, or Zucchini, or lettuce or whatever for her. Anyway, very cute coloring too. Best of luck with her!
