Im getting 20 new blue velvet shrimps, but my tank already has 3-4 orange sakura shrimps and 1 red rili. My concern is if they breed the offspring will have bad coloring. They are housed in a 25 gallon, I also have a 90 gallon but I house turtles and large goldfishes in there. I could feed them to my turtles but I feel like thats a big waste of money. Any suggestions?

Offer them for free on craigslist or offerup or something

I agree. Sell them on Craigslist, eBay, or at your LFS.

If a blue shrimp breeds with a red shrimp, you will most likely get a weird looking brown shrimp.

For me, the quickest/convenience way to remove unwanted fish/shrimps is by giving them to the nearest fish store (but provided they accept them).
By the way, some fish stores may give you credits for the fish/shrimps. You can use the credits to buy things from them.

There is a fish store that is within 5-10 minutes walk from my house.
The shop owner will accept any fish that I give to him.

You can also give them to your friends who are keeping shrimps/fish.
