Shark Not Growing

heyy everyone
my red tail black shark is not growing at all even though i have had him for around 11 weeks
i asked in my lfs about his slow growth but they didnt understand either.
is there anythiing i can do to make him grow, i.e different foods ?

How big is it currently?Most fish are rather fast growers when young and tend to slow down when they reach sub adults.

hes around about 2 inches at the moment

What foods are you feeding at the moment?Whats your water parameters?

As stated also how big is tank and whats you water maintainence like?filteration etc?

im feeding him tetramin complete and tetra pro colour
im not at home to check everything ie dimensions and water parameters but i used a test strip this morning and everything was perfect

this filtration is the fluval 2 filter and i do a partial water change evry 5 days

Not to seem rude but Ive heard people say their params are perfect before and it turned out they werent at all, not questioning what you say, just be good if you could put them all up so we could all have a look eg ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte, ph etc if thats ok

Does it act strangly?Feeding normally?

Btw Nelly he says in another thread its currently in a 70 litre

he seems fine he does have a habit of hiding behind the filter , but apart from that he is doing fine.
once i get home i will check the parameters and post them in
