Sexing platys.

ONe of my red wag plattys is acting sort of funny..He/She has been hiding in the fake plants and if my eyes aren't decieving me, he/she looks sort of...plump. My only problem is...HOW DO I TELL IF IT'S A BOY OR A GIRL?!?!? I know it's something about the fin underneath them...If it's a boy it sticks down, if it's a girl it's tucked up? Or vice versa?? Hmm....Does someone want to clarify?? Also, if she is preggo...Should I take her out of the tank and what do I do with the babies??
