A lot of FH are infertile so thats a bit of a hurdle. Most Central American Cichlids can hybridise with each other where as South Americans are more diverse and are less able to cross. I think that explains the Texas and gives an idea of why it would be unlikely.
I've seen a couple of articles recently of strange hybrids happening in places like Florida where people have released fish into the wild (illegally) and there are some surprising crosses so never say never but yeah I think unlikely and for me un-necessary but I am not a fan of hybrids generally so not really into FH in the first place.
