Setting Up Friends 55 Gallon

he wants a community tank, somewhat hard water with a neutral Ph.. of top of my head

10 neons/cardinals
8x serpai(sp?)
trio of swordtails
1 DG
he like blood parrots, but i have no clue on them; I heard they will peaceful
5x cories
some pleco, probably brustlenose like mine

will have a AC70 and some other HOB he already has rated for 40 gallon.. any help..

I will also be giving him a sponge filter for BB

if to much we can drop cories

i would advice against blood parrots, because thier mouths are narrow ventrical slits, so it is hard to feed them, and they usually suffer of malnutrition
