Runnin Up And Down

I have Dalmation Molly's and Guppies. At first I thouht they were just having fun running up and down the side of the tank. I was repositioning some of my structures and i felt the inside wall of the tank was slimy. Taking a closer look at the molly's it looked like they were running they're mouths up and down the tank. Are they eating the slime?

If I remember correctly, mollys are veggie eaters and will probably be eating any alage that might be on the side of your tank.

My molly does this and so do my four molly fry in their little floating tank... It must be a molly thing
