Rrrr Ebay Seller Really Did It This Time

emailed my ebay seller today since i have yet to recieve my lights that i ordered on the 5th. Just thought it was slow shipping or something. I asked if they could give me confimation number and what not as to when they shipped and when i could expect the new lights since i have a few plants that need that lights that i bought this weekend expecting the package early this week. Well, they sent the confimation number and all, IT WAS SHIPPED TODAY YEST TODAY (10 days later). They never even shipped it until today. ERRRRR im a nice guy and all when it comes to leaving feedback and all but i think this is something that must be mentioned when leave this feedback. That is just rediculous.

what did the seller say about how long it would normally take to ship...this is extremely unprofessional but if the seller had no "will ship X days after payment is recieved" info in the advertisement then you should. I wanna say you should not post negative feedback but man ten days is just too long imho. Stick it to him.

it said nothing about the number or days. It was a buy in now option. Since i bought it over the weekend i assumed it would be shipped that following monday. I dont know what went wrong. In the reply email it just gave me the confirmation number and shipping date all dated today. They could of atleast sent a email saying they had a stocking problem or something. I even emailed them the next day monday telling them which bulbs i wanted(stated in buying options got to choose from 3 different bulbs to include with it. They were a power seller so i just assumed everything was fine. Got a emal the same day after choosing bulb saying thank you for telling them which bulbs i wanted and that was it. 10 days later i email them and they ship it that afternoon.

Email them again to see what kinda excuse they have, if its unacceptable give them a big N-E-G

Was it the little LED lights you were buying?....the reason I ask is I was after some of the blue ones and dont want to end up buying from this guy.......what was he/ she called?

Was the seller based overseas? If so, that will explain why it took so long for it to get to you depending on where the seller was based.

well i dont think it matters where he is located, like he said, they took 10 days to have it shipped...now thats forever

People make mistakes.

I am an Ebay seller myself and know how easy it can be to overlook something by mistake.

I once left a guy waiting for his products for 3 weeks before posting! I completely managed to overlook his purchase somehow... It was not until he emailed me that I realised.

luckily he was a really nice fellow and my feedback is still 100%
