Saw this today at my LFS. It looks nice as it is much smaller than gravel, and forms a much denser substrate than 5mm+ gravel that i currently have. Has anyone used it before?? I was going to go with 100% Seachem flourite in a new heavily planted tank but that will be very expensive, ao am looking to go with eco complete or flourite, with 2inches of roman gravel on top.

Can anyone see any problems with this? Anyone have roman gravel and comments on it??

Thanks again

If it's the same stuff I got from P@H which is black roman gravel then it seems ok.

Mind you, I will be replacing it with coral gravel which I wish I had got in the first place (cichlid tank)

its good stuff i have the 2 shades of blue in my tank gives it a real actinic look with the lights and gravel makes my JD's colouring look effin top

You come out with so much bull#### bud. Your advice is rarely helpful. You make immature replies like the ones above which offer absolutely no help whatsoever, clogging up the boards with stupid comments when you don't know FA.
