Rice Fish Breeding

hi i have my 3 rice fish in 2foot community tank at moment and just noticed that female has about 5eggs attached to her underneath.
my question is should i remove he?
will they be fertilised?
will i damage the eggs?
and do you think that they would eat cherry shrimp?
