Red Tailed Shark

My sharks tail seems to be disappearing.Nothing in the tank could nibble on it,3 corydorys,3 guppies,1 dwarf honey gourami.Tail still bright red,other fishes tails are fine.Water checked on Sat at local dealer and everything was fine.90l tank,4 months old,light on 8hrs a day,2 amazon swordtail plants.Any help greatly appreciated,cheers Bruce.

Doesnt look like anything on google.No swelling,redness in evidence.Its like something is eating it. The tail is shaped like a wallpaper scraper.

Can you get a picture of the fish, esp tail area?

could something like this be brought on by stress nelly? 90l is a very small tank for an RTBS.
