Actually I opted for no females on these guys because Julie and I have a plan The new plakats are opaque coppers, meaning they have an overlay of opaque and with a flashlight they are copper. Soooooo, I'm breeding these guys to an opaque girl while Julie breeds hers to a copper girl. then we'll trade females and I'll breed in copper and she'll do opaque. This is an experiement the judge in Seattle was telling us someone should do with Wahookie, before he knew it was Julie's fish

He's on the list as well, depending on how impatient I am. Linda's getting me in touch with Tim Lee to get some more opaque females (I currently have three fish from his line, but i need some more girlies) but i also may try him with an orangie in the meantime, we'll see

I know huh? I should have Tim Lee fish coming out my ears from that auction had I any foresight personally, i'd go with the copper, see if you can make some of these guys

I think he was the one on the auction table all weekend that I liked. He's like a mustard gas, except his body is too much of a royal blue and his finnage has too much gold. He looks like a super-bright mustard gas.

I just had a complete lightbulb moment I do remember that fish, he's gorgeous. Dunno, up to you if you want to try them. My girl is pretty bland, like a brownish gold color, but her brother is the CT at the bottom right of my sig

Hmm...she's got plenty of color in her genes then - might tone him down just a bit. He is a cutie, isn't he? But his coloring is kinda odd - so bright!
