hi all
i have a 6 gallon tank that is devided into 3 parts with 3 bettas in it
and recently they have all been looking abit down
why is this?
should i find another tank for one and just have this tank devided once?
what can i do to cheer them up?
thanks

It may be they feel cramped. Is the tank filtered? Is it possible the ammonia is building up too fast?
My guys have more then 6 gallons each.
Hugs,

my fish dont like being in a divider..go all sulky....perhaps they need their own little tanks. :good:

think the experts will ask you more intelligent questions...

A few questions before any response -
- Please provide water stats (ie. nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, etc)
- What is the tank temp?
- How often is your tank cleaned?
- What filtration (if any) is offered?
- What is the current diet?
- Any other signs of ill health? (ie. paleness, gasping)

i think im prob gona get them there own lil tanks
waters at 80F
i clean un eaten food everyday and do about a 25-50% water change every few days
two of them are making bubble nests but they does swim round much
they get bloodwork every day or two but they dont eat much to be honest
but i think im going to give them there own tanks when i can
thanks
