Pygmy Corydoras

One of the first occupants of my tank I would like to be pygmy corydoras.

I know the minimum is 6.

What would you add for a 60L tank?

Preferably not a livebearer or Bettas.

Yes to both and strangely enough I did think about cherry shrimps.
