Problem, Honey Gouramis Bullying And....

i bought a pair of honey gouramis (m+f) a few months ago and a couple of weeks ago the male died of a fungus disease they sold it me with which i have battled with for ages. so on monday i bought another male honey and now the female constantly chases him off and kind of bullys him. would adding another female help?

also i bought an albino bristlenose which went in the tank on thursday and was doing fine, he was seen earlier cleaning the front glass earlier and tonight he's dead could it be stress? as water stats are fine and other fish have not gone near him and no other deaths

How long was the tank disease free prior to adding any new fish? Did you purchas the new fish from the same place as the diseased fish came from?

The female is likely chasing the male for two reasons, one she doesnt like him in her territory or she is trying to mate with him. Gourami's not being my 'thing' I couldnt guess which it is. Another female may help but not always.

The BN what were you feeding it? What size is the tank and how long has it been set up?

its been disease free for just over 3 months, i got the male from the same place but i dont think they were in the tank together.
sometimes there alright and will swim together but other times she chases him like crazy, they have rubbed together twice if that helps
does anyone else think adding another female will help?

i was feeding the BN the same bottom feeder pellets that my cory's eat and i saw him eating one the other day.
its a 30gallon tank and the filter has been running for well over a year in a different tank and moved everything over.
