well today i went out and purchased a U2 filter...well i was forced to after my 2+ gave up after only 4 months usage....

seems an ace filter but it has 1 major drawback... the filter heads dont move, so if like myself you want to attach it to the back of the glass, well the water will only shoot out forwards, as will the bubbles if you use the venturi system. the only way around this is using the spraybar attachment but then you loose water flow and no bubbles....... anyone know if they make an elbow attachment or anything as this is highly annoying

I got a u2, not a problem for me as i got it on the side as i got structured background, would be interesting to know if elbow is available for future projects.

its a problem for me as i have it mounted on the back right corner, and with it inly being a 60l tank the waer just hits the glass at the front, and if i use the spray bar at an angle it doesnt really move the water much to circulate it for filtering. a 90 degree bend would be just perfect
