Here are a few photos i took this morning with my new camera (got it last night).
My house backs onto a large open field (which wont be built on thankfully) so you can get some pretty good sunrise shots, but not sunset ones unfortunately...

And then i spotted this flock of birds, which were quite a long way off, but i managed to get them:

This is actually about 40 miles north of my house, on top of a mountain. I hiked up to the top to watch the sun set after setting up camp at the base.

Wow all these photos are great, i have only ever seen two fab sunsets in manchester, the sky was orangy/red/purple was georgous
