Most LFS will have small gourami's just like yours for sale. You would just want a small tank, probably something like 40L upward. I kept an Opaline gourami in a hexagonal 60L (i think) with gravel, piece of bogwood with Anubias tied to. I gave him a slanted rock to lean against the side of the wood creating a small cave. I bought for him a female opaline gourami as company with a mini army of Japonica shrimp to keep the tank clean. It was quaint and i know he liked it.

Dwarf Gouramis LURVE Java Moss.. it seems

Built the Java Moss wall the other day, and guess who I later found with half his head wedged stuck in it...? Yep. Dumb! Had to unstick the suction cups and shake him loose! He now has a bit of a bruise on his head for his troubles
