Pm Isn't Working

So, um, every time I try to access my PMs it says "you are not allowed to use the personal message system" or something like that.....what the heck is going on?

Also, I am highly suspicous that my account was hacked, as one chat some guy went rather on a hormonal rage last night and said "im going to hack the forum, and all of you" and then today my PM doesn't work......

Dear moderators,

A person on this forum has hacked my account on another forum, getting me deleted from that website. I have NOT advertised the other forum, and if I did, it was I was hacked by the same jerk and I absolutely did not advertise in any way. I want the hacker deleted from the site please.
