Please Help And Advise, Noticed Little Bugs In My Substrate Today, Loa

I noticed these today as i was cleaning my tank, what are they, are they harmful to my fish, as i am a discus keeper and never come across them before, they seem to crawl across the gravel but can swim, the biggest ive seen is about 2mm and there are pin head sized babies, please advise anyone

I fixed it for you. You might want to open a Photobucket account. It's free and if you copy the IMG code they give you, you can put pictures up anywhere in the forum. A lot of our members use it.

Also, looking at the pictures, it's hard to really see anything, especially the first picture, any chances of highlighting what it is were looking at.

Have you put your hand into there and squished them between your fingers? What does it feel like? eggs or the like? In all honesty they don't look like anything I have seen.
