3 Male guppies
3 Platies
2 oto or Cory Cats
and a couple of ghost shrimp

Is this okay for my 10 gallon, Thanks :D

I'd go with either the guppies or platies, not both.
Oto's do better in larger groups & are quite fragile in new set ups, so I'd go with dwarf /Pygmy
cories

You have proposed a rather heavy stocking leroy. I would feel better if you only added one kind of fish at a time and stopped, at least at first with a nominal 1 inch per gallon of fish. The old one inch per gallon "rule" has been discredited because with enough water changes it can be exceeded but it is still a good starting point.
