i looked until the BW and it looks like a nest even when there is no bubbles under it, i suppose it maybe a case that to them it looks like one so just add bubbles to it, i dont know a daft thing to say but SOMEONE must agree with me
Well Mr PK is being a right fussy bugger. Last night all eggs were nicely bunched together under the BW. This morning all gone He'd moved them all under the poly. Went to Mum's for lunch today and when we came back.......he'd moved them all back under the BW again. There's just no pleasing him
Nothing yet.....but he's doing a good job looking after the eggs. We've got the temp at 28c......the last 2 spawns were 30c and would have hatched by now so obviously the slight reduction in temp is having an effect on them. Can't wait to see some wiggly little tails
Well we have lots of little fry this morning, spread out over the BW and the poly. Dad is being good at the moment and picking up any that drop down. Let's hope he can curb his appetite for another couple of days
Managed to get a couple of pics inbetween Diesel moving them for the upteenth time This will be the last time I give any of them a choice of where to build their nests I think were up to 6 moves now since the female was taken out on Saturday.
awsomeness!!
haha hes being a good daddy then i will hopefuly be spawning again soonish, and im on the lookout for a nice CT girl to pair with one of my 3 PK boys
if your fry do well, put me down for a couple of ikkle girlies
Absolutely.....We had already thought of you to pass some onto I wonder why I'm actually quite amazed at how good he being with them cos he's normally a complete brute!!!
Well here they are now under the water lettuce and hanging onto the roots. Who knows where they will be tomorrow
