Pimple Like Growths On Fish

Hey I'm new to the site but not to the hobby I have a 55 heavy planted chemistry is fine but it looks like one of my silver tip tetras has a pimple on its side and eye I know that its not ich (dealt with that enough) I have a couple pics hoping to find out what it is done bot of research and there are mixed reviews to if its actually harmful or not plz help!

I've known a few people (including myself) who've had to deal with weird 'pimples' in tetras in the last couple of years.

I treated with a course of Myxazin, which worked very well. If you can't get that where you are, any anti internal bacteria med should clear it up for you.

Ive had 2 fish in The past have this. I did read It cóuld be tape worm larvae. Had one on a honey gourami and recently on a cory i never treated It as didnt know what to do. The gourami Did die though
