hiya...i'm new, my name's ruth, i don't currently have any fish due to a horrible incident where the thermostat on my heater somehow broke, raising the temperature to about 35.....


anywho, this seems like a nice place, i wish i'd found it earlier as it would probably have helped me solve various dilemmas. *waves to everyone*

i dont know. i just noticed that the thermostat was set on 21 but the thermometer was showing 35 and the tank glass felt way hotter than usual, so i turned it off and opened the lid to let it cool off, by the time i could get a new heater the next morning it'd dropped to 13
