Hi guys,
I posted this in one of the general discussion forums, but I thought I'd get advice from over here too, just to be safe!
I currently have a 120l tank cycling in my study. It won't be ready for inhabitants for a while, but I've been planning and researching, and ideally this is what I'd like:
1 x pearl gourami
4 x male guppies
12 x chili rasboras
6 x panda corys
1 x smallish fancy pleco (preferably Scribble, if I can find one)
At first it was the guppies I was dead set on as I loved the colours, but as I researched I found myself drawn more and more to gouramis. Thing is, I've read that pearls are happier with species of a similar size - do you think I'm likely to have problems with the above set-up? If yes, what would you switch out so that the gourami would be happy, and what could I add in instead? Alternatively, is there another gourami species that would work well with the other fish on my list?
Thanks!
