It is Aqua Quarts pool filter sand Link
I bought mine local from a pool supply store but that link is pretty much the same price I paid minus any shipping.

I originally got the idea from another post somewhere on the forums. I actually borrowed the idea from that post, if I could find it again for the rocks too.

One thought though to keep in mind, being so white it shows the fish waste extremely well.. I configured my flow and a placement of a few rocks to capture it out of sight and net or siphon it off regularly to keep tank looking clean and white.

The sand does look really nice! Almost like snow from a distance.
