Hello guys I am new here. Can anyone help me.I got paroon sharks almost 5 inches but it won't eat any thing.I tried floating pellets and live food but nothing.Plz help

Welcome to the forum :)

How long have you had the fish and how big is your tank?

Are there any other fish in there?

Does your tank have a filter?

Sorry for all the questions, but the more information we have the better we can help,

From what I have just read. a paroon shark  (Pangasius sanitwongsei), can grow up to 8 foot . Why are you trying to keep them in an aquarium?

its almost been a week and i have a pair of Demon Queens in the tank.the tank is 8 gallon (us)

I'm afraid your tank is far too small.

I don't know what a 'demon queen' fish is but, as Muroco points out, paroon sharks can grow to 6 or 8 feet long. You would need a swimming pool or massive pond to keep them.

The best thing you can do is take them back to where you got them, or they will die, I'm sad to say.

Can you post a picture of the 'demon queen' fish, or do you know their scientific name? They are lots of fish that can live in an 8 gallon tank, but they need to be SMALL!

If you have a small tank, you must get small fish! If you want big fish, you must have a big tank!

Thank you very much.I wonder if you could tell me your facebook ID so it would be easy for me to talk on this issue

It's best to talk on here, then you'll get a wider range of advice, and it may be of use to other members here in the future. Not everyone uses Facebook.

Well, yes, but it would need to be a massive pond; at least 20 feet (6 metres) across and five or six feet (2 metres) deep.

If you search the internet for pictures, you'll see how big these fish grow.
