Paradise fish staying small?

I have a male and female paradise fish in a large heavily planted tank. They have had babies once but I didn’t intervene or take them out. One of the surviving fry is now about half of his mom’s size and lives in the tank too. My question is, I’ve had these guys for like a year and they are still very small. The female is maybe 1.5 inches and the male is maybe only 2 inches if that. Should they be bigger at this point?

Yes they should be full size after 1 year.

How big is the tank?
How much and how often do you feed them, and what do you feed them?
What is the temperature of the water?
How often do you do water changes and how much do you change?
