Nutrafin Basix?

Because Fez will not touch Wardley I've bought some Nutrafin. Now I'm not sure but one is Blood Worms, ingredients are freeze dried blood worms and the other is just called 'Betta Food' and the ingredients are freeze dried red grubs. I know blood worms are okay for him but I've never heard of these red grubs before. I'm guessing from the name on the bottle it is supposed to be fed as a staple diet. Advice, anyone?

Yes red grubs are fine for bettas. But because most of that food is freeze dried, you may want to limit his intake and alternate between freeze dried, pellets, and live/frozen foods. a strict diet of freeze dried will reek havok on his digestion, and bettas prefer a little variety in thier diets.
