New Tank - Filling Advice

I have a new 250L tank which I will soon be setting up. How do you folks calculate exactly how much decholrinator to add? Obviously I will want to fill it with the hosepipe as it would take me a month of sundays to do it by the bucketload whereby I could measure it correctly. Although the shop says its 250L I am worried that if I dont add enough dechlorinator it will kill off the bacteria in my seeded filter?

look on the side of the bottle, you cant overdose on de-chlorinator so anything extra isn't a worry

So mine says 1 teaspoon to 10 L - so If I add 25 teaspoons plus a few extra my filter should be safe?

yeah more than safe, id overdose to be on the safe side, theres nothing wrong with over dosing really, wont cause problems

Don't worry about overdosing. You have to REALLY over do it to cause any harm.
