I found this little corner house converted into a fish store down in Sac two weeks ago. And after coming from the giant Capitol Aquarium store just up the street, this little shop seemed unimpressive. But, to my delight, they had a 6 gallon hexagonal glass aquarium that was split like a pie with 6 sections approx 1 gal apiece. I've never seen that before! This means I'll have room for one filter and heater and then 5 bettas! It comes with a glass hood also for about $30! You can't beat that!! I mean my 2.5 without the betta divider was $26! I'm just so excited!
So, since I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and will be freeing up about 4 tanks....I will have to fill that empty space with another betta! So, I called EVERYWHERE and finally found a place that will special order me "split-tail" aka DT bettas! He even asked my color preference and when I wanted them by. Then, he even said even though he's already put in his order for the week, he will try and place a special side order for me so that the fish will be here next week!

Anyways, moral of the story is: just cuz it's a small hold-in-the-wall store doesn't mean they won't have cool stuff! And, I'm getting more fish!!!

She is sooooo cute! She's like tan with lavender pearlescent color with some orange and red on the top of her head with orange lipliner! So adorable!! 
I was looking around at the others and pondering getting a nice VT red cambodian with red blush or maybe a yellow cambodian or maybe even that gorgeous dark pearly blue CT, but that little girl with the orange lipliner was staring me down for like 15 minutes, so going with the personality, it had to be her! Pics soon!!!!
