new parrot fish dying?

my dad got 3 parrots about 3 weeks ago, now one of them is smaller than the rest and is floating strangely and looks like it’s struggling to stay put
these symptoms were apparent in our last parrot which died soon after
we have a 120L tank
need some help pls

Let it live out the rest of it's life in the best conditions you can provide for it.

You can try doing a big water change and gravel cleaning the substrate every day for a week. That can help if there is any sort of issue with the tank water.

Reducing the water level can sometimes help.
