New Fish?

Hi all,


I currently have a community tank setup, which I have had for over a year now. I am looking at getting rid of the fish in the tank, and having more of a species setup? Would like some advice on what to get, I have a Juwel Rio 180 with sand substrate.

Yeah, went to LFS to have a look today, and thought about cichlids, any suggestions as to which variety?

Apistogramma, or rams.

Thorichthys Elliotti are a stunning cichlid couple would go ok in your tank, peaceful too.

I already have a couple of blue rams, would these be ok to leave in, if I changed tank to cichlids?

Depends on the cichlids... If they are the peaceful type, then probally yes... If they are the more agressive type, then no.
